Hallo!

Hasselback Potatoes

Hello my friend!

I often have the problem, that I cook something and I don´t know what to make as side dish. I don´t want to make allways just normal potatoes, rice, etc. Do you know this problem? If yes, I have the perfect dish for you!

Haselback Potatoes are super easy to make and a real eye-catcher. You just put them into the oven and make your main dish in the mean time. I love them, because they are super tasty and depending on your baking time super crispy or really tender. You only need 5 ingredients. If you don´t have curcuma by hand omit it. I only use it, because it´s so healthy.

Please let me know in the comments, if you like it.
